Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Joltibase. This policy outlines when and how refunds are handled for paid subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
2. Free Plan
You can start on Joltibase for free without a credit card. The free plan lets you explore the workspace, create drafts, and test the product before upgrading.
Paid Pro access starts only when you choose to upgrade and complete checkout.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your payment date. Refund requests made after 14 days will not be eligible.
Refunds are processed for the most recent billing period only. Previous months are not eligible for refund.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day refund window, you retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.
5. On-Demand Top-Ups
Purchases of additional AI generation credits (top-ups) are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. Unused credits do not expire and remain available as long as your Pro subscription is active.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include the email address associated with your Joltibase account
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you won’t lose access immediately.
After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data (campaigns, contacts, automations) is preserved and accessible on the free plan, but sending and advanced features require resubscribing.
8. Account Termination by Us
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., sending spam, abuse), refunds are not provided.
